Tahli-Ann Lashes will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition and has not been used by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 15 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 15 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned with all Tahli-Ann Lashes tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as the lash packaging.
